Billing starts when a teammate sends their first substantive reply. It stops the moment Maven marks the project complete. You never pay for months the project isn't running.
What does "approved active collaborator" mean?
Maven proposes collaborators as they engage in-thread. You reply "approve" to opt them in, or tell Maven to remove them. Until you approve, they're a lurker and free.
What happens to the $6 charges when a project completes?
They stop the moment Maven marks the project complete. Your Stripe subscription quantity drops to 0. No manual cancellation required.
How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
